Shipping Conditions

Order confirmation.

Once the order transaction is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. This indicates that the system has received the order and has pre-authorized the credit card for the purchase. Once we receive the order, we will contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. We will do our best to deliver your order within 8-14 business days. However, AutoPartWeb is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the actual carrier or shipyard. Order cancellations and refunds will only be processed if the part is not delivered 30 days after your order.

If the order was placed on the same day and you want to cancel the order, you need to wait 48 to 72 hours for the refund because the seller account did not pay the amount to us immediately. It will take 48 hours for your account to be credited. As soon as we have the money, your money will be refunded.

Thank you for choosing AUTOPART WEB for your car parts needs. We strive to provide high-quality car parts and excellent customer service. This warranty and refund policy outlines the process for handling refunds and warranty claims for the car parts you purchase from us.

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: The warranty period for car parts varies by manufacturer and type of part. Refer to the specific warranty information provided with your part for details on coverage and duration.
  • Warranty Claims: If you experience an issue with a part covered under warranty, please contact our customer support team at [contact details] to initiate a warranty claim.
  • Conditions: Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer, including limitations on coverage and proper use and installation of the part.
  • The seller is not responsible for the delay of shipment. Freight delivery is beyond the seller’s control.

2. Warranty Claim Process:

  • Initiation: To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer support team within the warranty period with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Evaluation: We will evaluate the claim in coordination with the manufacturer to determine whether the part is covered under warranty.
  • Resolution Options: If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement part, repair, or refund, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

3. Return Process for Warranty Claims:

  • Return Authorization: If you need to return a part for a warranty claim, we will provide a return authorization (RA) number. All returns require an RA number.
  • Shipping Instructions: Follow the shipping instructions provided with the RA number. Ensure the part is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return Shipping Costs: In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping for warranty claims. Confirm this with customer support when initiating the claim.

4. Refund Policy for Warranty Claims:

  • Refund Method: If a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
  • Processing Time: Allow [number of days] for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned part and confirm the warranty claim.
  • Communication: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Exclusions:

  • Ineligible Issues: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Non-Warranty Items: Parts not covered under warranty may still be eligible for a refund within our standard return policy time frame.
  • We reserve the right to replace or repair any part before a refund is made. All parts are used and have a 60 days warranty from the original date of delivery under normal driving conditions. No reimbursement for labor under any circumstances.
  • There’s a 25% restocking fee on all returns plus freight charges on both ways for the orders returned or refused under any circumstances.
  • If the engine or transmission is damaged at the time of delivery, any damages must be listed on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt that the freight company has. There are absolutely no refunds if damages are not listed on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.
  • Turbo or Supercharge engine does not mean the engine is coming with TURBO or SUPERCHARGE. These parts are always sold separately.
  • If you need to return a core, please return it within 20 days from the original date of delivery. The core charge will not be refunded after 20 days from the delivery date.
  • Disassembling the engine, transmission or any item for any reason will void the warranty. If you received a unit with defects or broken parts, you have 15 days from the original date of delivery to set up shipping and return the unit. Otherwise, the warranty is voided, and you don’t get refunded.
  • Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block, and excessive smoking for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery. All we are charging for is the block assembly with heads and we leave other parts attached for your convenience and to make installation easier. These accessory parts are not warranted. Long blocks are sold with the understanding that any headwork is the responsibility of the customer. There may be certain changes needed when installing an engine. The warranty also excludes broken or blown blocks after installing them.
  • Miles are not certified on any used parts.
  • If the purchase of an Engine or Transmission is being done by a credit card, by signing this agreement, the customer understands that their signature on this agreement is binding and it forfeits any rights to dispute the charge.
  • Transmissions are guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase. Shearing or breaking of teeth in standard transmissions is not warranted under any circumstances. The customer must replace all seals and fluids. The warranty does not cover any seals. Transmissions that are taken apart by a customer or representative will have no warranty and no return. The customer must use their own transmission pan.
  • All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by a customer invoice and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to know and order the exact part needed before a purchase is made. Return is not accepted if the customer purchased the wrong part or the customer no longer needed the part.

6. Return Process for Non-Warranty Refunds:

  • Time Frame: Refunds for non-warranty items must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition of Parts: Returned parts must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and documentation intact.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a seller error.
